Bed Bath & Beyond CFO $1.2B Suit Before Suicide

The executive vice president and chief financial officer of Bed Bath & Beyond (BBBY), who died from an apparent suicide when he reportedly jumped from a New York skyscraper on Sept. 2, had been facing a $1.2 billion stock suit since late August over allegedly inflating the company’s share value.The New York City medical examiner’s office said CFO Gustavo Arnal died from multiple blunt trauma and that he had taken his own life.
